A systematic program aimed at increasing the qualification, craft skills, and competencies of 55 Dřevotvar employees.
Based on a detailed internal analysis, we defined the need to deepen the qualifications of our people in technical and production professions.
The project's goal was to ensure full alignment of our employees' skills with modern demands for design furniture production, guaranteeing the top standard of services that our cooperative consistently provides.
