Information on the PORTE Series
Which PORTE items do you deliver assembled, and which ones unassembled?
We ship most PORTE items (chests of drawers, cabinets, shelves) fully assembled from the factory. The exceptions are dining tables, beds, and the PORTE PLUS tall bookcase, which our colleagues will professionally assemble right in your home.
What makes the PORTE PLUS bookcase so special?
The PORTE PLUS bookcase is 220 cm high and can be customised to the length you require. It is designed so that the shelves match the height of standard office filing folders exactly, making it ideal for home offices too. It stands out above all for its strength and stability, which are guaranteed by the materials used.
How do the PORTE extendable dining tables work?
The PORTE 12 dining table has standard dimensions of 150×90 cm, but thanks to its high-quality Häfele fittings, you can extend it using extension leaves to a length of 200 cm, 250 cm or up to a generous 300 cm.
What is the delivery time for PORTE furniture?
The standard delivery time is 6 to 9 weeks from the date the order is placed. If you are ordering PORTE dining chairs, the delivery date is for guidance only and depends on the current workload at our upholstery workshop.
What hardware do you use for the PORTE line?
We use exclusively premium drawer slides and hinges with integrated soft-close mechanisms. The doors of select cabinets are also fitted with tempered safety glass.
