Expansion and Modernization of the Jamné nad Orlicí Complex

This large-scale project enabled us to transform the production and storage facilities in Jamné nad Orlicí into a modern technology center for the kitchenware sector.
The project took place in three stages with the aim of achieving significant technical improvement of the facility and streamlining production capacities. The total project costs reached CZK 33 million.
Stage I (March 2017)
Renovation began with window replacement, installation of new lighting, and heating modernization. The original steam heating was replaced by a hot-water biomass system, supplemented by a wood waste crusher.
Stage II
Included reconstruction of the freight elevator, canteen, and sanitary facilities. A MINIMAX extinguishing system was installed, and the entire ventilation system was modernized with heat recovery. The facility was expanded with a new sawmill and a shipping warehouse with a ramp.
Stage III (2019)
In the final phase, attic storage spaces were modified, roofs were reconstructed, the building envelope was insulated, and security and camera systems were installed.
